Good presenters are true to themselves. Your personal style is evident in everything you do - from the way that you dress to the way that you speak.

What is your natural style? As a presenter, are you dynamic? authoritative? low-key? friendly? warm? sincere? funny?

If you're a quiet, easygoing type, you'll look ridiculous trying to be Tony Robbins, the dynamic, highly charged motivational speaker. If you're an expressive type, don't try to rein in all that energy! If you do, you'll lose your authenticity. Your greatest power is to play to your strengths and be real.

The idea is not to judge your presentation style, but to identify it. And then to leverage and develop it. Remember: your greatest power is to be real.
